It's an intimate group experience that meets LIVE twice a month for 90 minutes. Each session includes training and 1:1 hot seat coaching around topics that help you express your gifts in a bigger way and all the tactics that make your business successful: mindset, marketing, list-building, visibility.... Who Am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?
I'm Carol Ann DeSimine, a Creative Business Coach, Book Mentor and Head Goddess at alignbelievecreate on-purpose coaching. As an entrepreneur since 2006, I've had my share of success -- and frustration. Too many times I found myself asking, What's wrong with me, when so-called tried and true strategies didn't work as I expected. I finally realized they weren't right for me. I took a risk and 'reset to zero' and made a full-body decision to do business my way - The Goddess Way - simple and aligned with who I am. I answered my soul's calling and made it my mission to support other women to 'Unleash Your Inner Goddess and play full out and fully expressed.' Once I tapped into my God-given gifts and started using them to serve others, I knew I had answered my soul's calling!
I could go on about my certifications and qualifications as a launch coach, digital marketer, book mentor, professor, copywriter and media strategist...that's all useful, but what matters most is that I CARE ABOUT YOU. I've learned from experience - what works and what doesn't - and my mission is to impart my wisdom to nurture you and support your success the best way I know how!

Who is The Goddess Way Inner Circle for?
You are ready to play a bigger game and want the support of a group that sees you as an individual with unique needs and desires. You may be a coach, author, healer, practitioner, speaker, or service provider...The Goddess Way Inner Circle does not discriminate. If you've got a big vision, we are here to help make it real. We know you're on a mission to make an impact and live your purpose, and we've got your back! This is an intimate group of like-hearted women. You could pay 10x the cost and still not feel supported... this is like 1:1 mentorship without the high price tag!
What can I expect when I join?
We meet on Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. EDT. Each meeting lasts up to 90 minutes.
We start off with a 20-minute training on a topic that meets the needs of the group. Carol Ann then opens the lines for 1:1 'love' seat coaching and each member has up to 20 minutes to get coached on her individual needs. This really is about meeting your individual needs. You'll also have access to resources such as scripts, templates and checklists from the Goddess 'tool box' as needed.
What if I can't make a session?
All sessions are recorded and posted in the private Facebook group, so you can access them at any time. You're encouraged to post questions in the group as well as topics you'd like to focus on and Carol Ann will be sure to address them even if you can't be on the calls. You get 24/7 support in the Facebook group for those times when you need instant feedback and can't wait for a session.

Anything business related, or having to do with mindset. The main goal is to support you to ATTRACT more clients, generate more INCOME, and stay RELEVANT. As the lightworkers of the world we are being called to play a bigger game. Carol Ann is in tune with this energetic and brings together high vibe women who support one another.
